While you’re away
- Check for any visible signs of vandalism or trespassing.
- Walk perimeter of your home for general security, wind, water or storm damage.
- Pick up mail, newspapers, flyers, packages, etc.
- Water indoor plants.
- Check door and window locks.
- Rotate lights and/or music.
- Adjust window treatments by opening and changing blinds.
- Check sinks, toilets, water heaters and other plumbing for leaks.
- Check temperature of refrigerator/freezer.
- Monitor your thermostat to insure proper operation and tempeture. Adjust as needed.
- Schedule and meet with vendors to handle repairs, house cleaning and maintenance.
- Start your automobile to help keep battery and engine running smoothly.
- Weekly communication of the status either by email or text.
- E-mail or text photographs of any items of concern that need immediate attention.
Before you return
- We will adjust thermostat for comfortable arrival.
- We can provide grocery shopping as needed.
